For Real Estate Professionals

Robin Joy Savage is retired now and living the good life.

According to the National Association of REALTORS®, in 2015 about 4% of all existing homes sold in the United States were sold to foreign buyers – 20% of those were from Europe. Washington State was a top destination for international homebuyers, tied for fifth place with New Jersey, New York, and Illinois. The Seattle area, with its strong economy, especially as it pertains to aerospace, technology, the military, and even agriculture and bio medical, makes it highly desirable and one of the top growing areas in the country. Combine that with unbelievable beauty and access to recreation – the mountains and the Puget Sound, and it is no wonder so many people want to call the Puget Sound “home”.

If you are a real estate agent or broker in Western Europe with a client who wants to purchase a residence, vacation home or investment property in Washington, connect them with a real estate professional who understands their particular home buying needs, but also has an innate understanding of where they are coming from.

My European (and beyond!) experience includes:

Paris Scandinavia Mexico
France Lebanon Canada
Brussels Tunisia Costa Rica
Belgium Egypt Hawaii
Athens Iran Western Europe
Greece The Caribbean United States
